Peter is a Chartered Professional Engineer with extensive experience in the industry. He has been involved in many aspects of engineering and construction, from feasibility and scoping, through to design and delivery.

As a co-founding Director of Stellar Projects, Peter is focused on ensuring client's solutions are delivered to their expectations and timeframes.

Peter has extensive experience in delivery of complex infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients. He has strong leadership skills and a proven ability to work across organisations and to develop collaborative and close relationships within the engineering and construction industry.

Michael has over 23 years working in large scale design management, construction management, strategic advisory and procurement roles for a range of clients throughout New Zealand.

His skills as a Project Director specialising in engineering management, project delivery, strategic advice, facilitation, procurement and as a peer reviewer consistently provides great value to his clients.

He has provided strategic advice and procurement expertise to a range of clients on capital and operational projects such as Light Rail Transit, Central Interceptor, Network Outcome Contracts, East West Link, City Rail Link and Auckland Harbour Bridge maintenance. Prior to that, he was Construction Manager for the Waiouru Peninsula Project in East Tamaki.

In 2012 Michael was awarded the Prime Minister's business scholarship to allow him to study overseas at INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France.

Lucas is a proven construction manager of large projects ($100m+), adept at fulfilling roles of Engineer to Contract, Engineer's Representative and Principal's Advisor. He has been engaged on Auckland City Rail Link as Engineer's Representative and completed a similar role for the AMETI project. A hands-on client representative, Lucas has received accolades and awards for delivering significant value in multidisciplinary environments.

Lucas has held senior management roles for both council and contractors, responsible for over 25 staff and delivery of large works programmes.

Benji is a Civil Engineer Technologist with a Masters' in Construction Management.

With Peter, Benji co-founded Stellar Projects in 2013 and he has been managing the company's finance and administration activities since its formation.

He has been involved in many aspects of business during his career, including project management of the $82m Hobson Substation in Auckland CBD, Auckland’s Northern Busways and several vertical build construction projects within Auckland.

Benji has held key roles both in local government bodies and large corporates, such as including Auckland Council and Vector, and has received accolades throughout his career for innovative thinking and taking advantage of opportunities to provide the best project outcomes for his clients.

Arnaud is a Chartered Professional Engineer with 17 years in the civil engineering industry in Europe, Africa and New Zealand (since 2005). Arnaud is a multi-disciplinary engineer and has been involved in a significant number of engineering projects across the supply chain, from managing businesses to securing long-term renewal budgets for Auckland Transport (AT).

Arnaud has expertise in strategic planning, contract management, compliance, dispute resolution and strategic asset management. He has recently been involved in managing the performance of significant professional services and physical works contracts on maintenance and infrastructure projects. Experienced Engineer to Contract and Engineer's Representative on construction projects, with expertise in contractual matters and dispute prevention.

Andrew has over 10 years experience in project delivery. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering as well as a Masters of Engineering specialising in construction management.

Andrew has actively participated in the delivery of large infrastructure projects throughout Australasia with both Fletcher Construction and Lendlease. More recently, he held a senior position providing cost advice and property finance due diligence to facilitate a variety of developments around New Zealand - with a total delivery portfolio at any one time of some $750m.

Andrews core deliverables cover project management, cost management and quantity surveying.

Matt is an experienced Construction Manager and Engineer. A practical team leader with an eye for detail, Matt provides a thorough overview and in-depth knowledge to project delivery to ensure optimal project outcomes for his clients.

Matt has held a variety of roles for construction contractors and consulting engineers including Engineer's Representative, Geotechnical Engineer, Expert Advisor, Bid Manager and Zone Manager. These roles have included positions of influence on RONS projects in Australia and major construction projects in New Zealand. Matt is skilled in project development, investigation, design, tender preparation and evaluation, construction management and contract negotiation.

He brings diverse project experience in a wide range of sectors including petrochemical, tunneling, commercial building, temporary works design, transport infrastructure, dams, streetscapes, heavy pavements, ground improvement and seismic strengthening.

Shannah joined Stellar Projects in 2015 and has been involved in and led several consenting projects through to approval, achieving excellent results, maximising yield for clients. Previously, at Auckland Council she held the roles of Senior Planner and Planning Team Leader within the central resource consents team.

Shannah's significant local government experience has provided her with a thorough knowledge of the administrative procedures associated with the Resource Management Act, as well as a sound understanding of Council consenting functions and decision-making processes.

She has a pragmatic approach and vast experience of various small to large scale land use and subdivision consents for residential, commercial and industrial developments.

Keren is an experienced Project Manager and qualified Landscape Architect who has successfully delivered construction projects in New Zealand and England.

Keren has led the initial design stage of two multimillion dollar projects, including Westgate Town Park and redevelopment of Royal Reserve. She has also led numerous small projects to completion, including a dog agility course at Corban Reserve and the outdoor futsal court in Massey.

She has worked in collaboration with teams from Auckland Council, Auckland Transport, the NZ Transport Agency and many private sector consultants. Her experience in working as the client in a leadership role and designer within multidisciplinary teams in both the public and private sector, has provided deep understanding of complex projects.

Natalie is a Project Manager and Environmental Consultant with significant project experience, particularly in the Northland region.

Her strong stakeholder engagement skills, extremely diverse sector background and client-focused approach to tackle any project, make her highly regarded by our major clients and Iwi/hapu in this region.

Claire has extensive experience in private land developments, shared public spaces, park and streetscape projects. She has worked closely with local authorities, community groups, business associations, developers, architects, storm water and transport authorities. She ensures landscape and design outcomes that integrate with the surrounding built and natural environment, as well as aligning with client and stakeholder aspirations.

Claire understands requirements of both green- and brownfield development and delivers design for the human experience while keeping to budget. She factors in long-term outcomes and ongoing maintenance requirements.

Claire is familiar with landscape design requirements for resource consent applications for parks, reserves and private land developments. She has managed streetscape, park and private amenity planting, riparian and revegetation schemes. She is mindful of the challenges faced by developers and that assets must be fit for purpose.

Stuart is a qualified town planner with 12 years' experience gained in NZ. Since joining Stellar in 2015, Stuart has successfully led a wide variety of large-scale and complex development projects through resource consent preparation and approval phases.

Previously employed with Auckland Council as a Senior Planner in the Western Team, Stuart's major role was as Lead Planner for the Hobsonville Village and Corridor areas between 2010 - 2015 and was responsible for managing the Council's processing of large-scale greenfield development resource consent applications, while also working in a multi-disciplinary team on large-scale Council and CCO infrastructure and community facility projects to support urban growth of the Hobsonville area.

Stuart has developed a thorough and well-rounded understanding of the resource management field and sets a high standard of excellence for himself. Stuart has a positive and pragmatic approach to planning and enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment to achieve great outcomes.

James is experienced in managing and implementing projects in construction, technology and manufacturing, with Bachelor degrees in both Engineering and Design. His focus is delivering projects which balance technical objectives with design elements such as aesthetics and usability.

James' mixed project background demonstrates his ability to work with and across multiple disciplines to deliver successful outcomes. He has managed large infrastructure projects using good governance and a process driven approach. He has experience in process design, operations/system optimisation, building fit-outs, upgrades and builds within New Zealand, Asia and the Americas.

Xio has a Bachelor of Accounting, Master of Commerce and over 5 years' experience working within a diverse range of company organisational structures and industries. These include natural resources and food manufacturing as well as within a diplomatic organisation in Washington DC. With this international experience she brings a strong understanding of business compliance, legislation and accounting regulations as well as sensitivity to cultural values.

With a strategic focus, Xio is mindful of the big picture when executing tasks and undertaking project work. Her roles have included financial reporting, payroll and accountancy and Xio is adept at taking on new challenges, both autonomously and as a team player. She embraces change and is passionate to identify sustainable solutions.

Xio's mantra is "always be a humble learner and a confident executer".

Rowan has over 18 years' experience in storm water, streetscape, park, stream and private land development projects. He has held senior positions in both local government and the private sector and is very familiar with the process required to achieve optimum outcomes.

Rowan is particularly effective in engaging with multiple stakeholders and integrating project objectives with wide-ranging benefits. He has worked alongside landscape architects, urban designers, ecologists, 3-waters engineers and modelers, roading engineers, geotechnical, structural and civil engineers, soil contamination experts, lighting and other specialists.

Rowan's passion lies in environmentally sensitive design, having been involved in numerous water-sensitive developments, parks and stream management projects. Experienced in the complexities associated with both green and brown-field

Jason has both a Master and Bachelor in Landscape Architecture and has worked on a range of projects in the public and private sectors. These have included landscape design for streets, parks and numerous landscape design packages for small and medium-sized subdivisions.

Jason's talent for CAD drafting, BIM management and 3D modelling is exemplified in his drafting and rendering services for engineering and architectural work. Through his experience as a Landscape Architect within a multidisciplinary team he has gained an in-depth understanding of the design requirements as set out by local authority legislation, Engineers and Architectural Designers while involved in complex landscape projects.

Robert has significant national and international experience in the property industry and has held directorships and senior executive leadership roles in both the public and private sector.

With a strong knowledge and skills base covering all aspects of the industry, he applies a planned and solution-focused approach to sales and marketing, acquisitions, negotiation, advisory, construction management, design and development management, asset management and property management.

Robert was a long-standing Associate of the NZ Institute of Valuers, was on the Executive of the Property Council of NZ (formerly BOMA) for 7 years and he brings an extensive network of professional and business contacts.

Melissa has both a Bachelor of Construction and an Advanced Diploma in Quantity Surveying. With over 20 years' experience as a QS in both contracting and consulting roles, she has worked on numerous projects in the construction industry. These include commercial office fit-outs, seismic upgrades, and industrial, infrastructure, civil and roading projects for both government and public sector clients.

Melissa's core expertise is in the buildings domain and she brings a broad range of cost and project management skills to complement the Wellington-based team. With a positive "can do" attitude to problem solving and project delivery, she builds strong relationships with the various stakeholders and is highly regarded in her field.

Ciara has been working in England as a Town Planner for an infrastructure delivery and management organisation. Primarily specialised in the telecommunications and utilities sectors, she has worked with multidisciplinary teams to survey, assess viability and manage planning for projects across the UK.

Ciara was directly involved in community consultation, stakeholder management and strategy consultation to facilitate the statutory consents process. She also assisted in the mass rollout of the "Smart Metering" network in the UK on behalf of British Gas, responsible for a portfolio of sites, client management and completing the planning consenting process.

Dale is a Civil Engineer and Project Manager with 5 years' experience working for civil engineering consultancy companies. Her project involvement has included civil designs, concrete investigations, site inspections and reporting for both private and public clients.

More recently, Dale's principal activities have been project management and administration in relation to dam infrastructure, water pipeline installations and schools (new developments and upgrades) in South Africa.

Natalie is a respected place making and strategy professional. She has over 12 years' experience working with local governments, NGOs, business improvement districts and neighbourhood collaborators bringing vision, ideas and projects to life in complex urban contexts.

Natalie's background spans across place strategy and activation, economic development, stakeholder engagement and disruption management. Her skills as a systems thinker and in building partnerships enable her to lead collaborative processes to understand needs and cultivate opportunities to create thriving places.

For the last four years, Natalie has worked with Auckland Council and community partners to support business, residents and visitors through unprecedented development and rapid growth; re-framing disruption planning as an opportunity for behaviour change, social cohesion and innovation.

Natalie's greatest asset lies in being able to see the big picture, plan, adapt and monitor accordingly.

Matthew is a Senior Landscape Architect and Project Manager recently returned to New Zealand from Melbourne, with extensive experience having worked in both the private and public sectors. Matthew is familiar with Council requirements as well as the demands, costs and importance of time when dealing with large projects.

Matthew has wide-ranging experience in managing the delivery of public spaces including streetscapes, parks and urban plazas. He believes that the success of public space relies on engagement with all stakeholders, from service authorities through to end users, in order to enable the integration of form/facility/function with aesthetic/interaction/experience. His detailed, multi-layered approach has allowed Matthew to successfully manage a wide range of projects including the integration of seating, lighting, water sensitive urban design and play through urban playgrounds and skating elements.

With his origins in Landscape Architecture, Matthew works well across multidisciplinary design teams including Engineers, Planners and Architects to ensure the final product is fit for purpose and meets project objectives.

Christian is a Senior Engineer with extensive experience in the project management and design of major infrastructure. His recent focus has been on the design and delivery of water, wastewater and stormwater projects around New Zealand.

Christian’s forté lies in his ability to liaise with stakeholders, communicate knowledge related to complex engineering situations and allocate resources effectively to achieve optimal results.

Alec brings a unique perspective to each situation from his studies in environmental sciences. This background provides an effective analytic skill set based on numerical and quantitative data, aligning with the core strength of quantity surveyors.

Alec's key skills include contract drafting, bank quantity surveying (QS) assistance, parallel estimates and offer services – the fundamentals for effective cost management.

In 2016, Alec won his age group in Ironman New Zealand, then in the same category, came fifth at the Ironman World Championship in Hawaii.

Jack initially joined Stellar Projects as an Engineering Summer Intern and has since transitioned into a permanent part-time role, while he completes his studies at the University of Auckland.

He has been working on numerous parks projects, assisting our Senior Structural Engineer within the design team, and has been involved across all project aspects including scoping, feasibility, concept design, detailed design and construction inspections.

Jack also worked as a labourer / hammer hand at Haven Renovations, where he gained good practical knowledge of the construction process as evidenced in his design work.

Jacqui has over 30 years’ experience in accounting roles in a variety of industries including construction, finance and book publishing. She is dedicated and detail-oriented, ensuring financial transactions are accurately represented.

Jeremy has a double degree in Engineering (Hons) and Science and brings 6 years' experience in the civil engineering industry. His work in both the public and private sectors includes stormwater and catchment management planning, stormwater network and overland flow path design, engineering technical reviews, stream assessments, and GIS mapping and surveying.

Jeremy is fully conversant in the preparation of technical reports, project plans, strategic assessments, issue reports, business cases, option assessments and engineering design reports. Additionally, with an environmental science background he brings an environmentally sensitive approach to his engineering work.

Dion has over 20 years' experience in project management and MSQA on major infrastructure projects throughout NZ and England.

Dion is an enthusiastic and passionate leader, knowledgeable in all aspects of delivering high quality highway projects. He has the ability to lead multi-faceted teams, with excellent people skills enabling him to fully engage with key stakeholders, including land owners, designers and contractors.

Dion has had significant involvement in the liaison, planning and implementation of utility relocations associated with a number of major projects, including AMETI Stage 1A and SH16/Muriwai Road Intersection upgrade. Dion is focused on time critical project outcomes and fully understands the contractual frameworks around project delivery. His expertise in implementing efficient and effective working relationships has earned him an outstanding reputation, both with clients and peers.

Dion has a proven track record in managing and developing high profile public projects, ensuring integrity and timely implementation.

Tracey is client-facing and very professional in her approach. She has significant administration and accounts experience having worked in certified public accountant firms.

Both courteous and conscientious, Tracey is a team player, with aptitude and drive to take on tasks autonomously.

A recent graduate of Otago University’s Master of Planning programme, Charlotta has a passion for planning with positive social and environmental outcomes. Chanelle has a strong working knowledge of residential and commercial projects in the New Zealand market, and brings broad experience in risk analysis within the bank funding sector.

With exceptional numerical reasoning and communication skills, Chanelle has assisted in delivery to completion of a variety of projects nationwide.

Jason has a Master of Engineering Studies in Transportation in addition to his Bachelor of Civil and Environmental Engineering.

He brings 5 years' experience in a wide range of projects from high-rise building structure modelling, wastewater reticulation systems and wastewater treatment sites, to rising main alignment design by Civil 3D and 12D.

Jason is effective in collaborating across various teams and clients to deliver high-quality projects within time constraints.

Joanna has been working in the transportation planning sector since completing a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with first class honours in 2015.

She has primarily worked as part of the Additional Waitemata Harbour Crossing team to develop transportation modelling for the designation phase.

Joanna has recently been involved with the development of procurement documentation and tender evaluation. In addition, she has been involved in the Project Management of infrastructure projects.

Paul is a Senior Engineer with considerable experience working with civil engineering contractors, local agencies and in construction environments. He has been assisting us with storm water operations, dealing with safety, water quality and investigation of flooding problems.

Paul's other areas of expertise include wastewater, water networks, infrastructure and land development, project management, cost/contract management and surveying.

Alvin has a Bachelor of Planning (Hons) and is experienced in processing resource consents for residential developments, subdivisions, apartment buildings and commercial operations within the Auckland District Plan, Auckland Plan and Unitary Plan. Client-facing, he brings strong communications and stakeholder engagement skills, building strong working relationships.

Alvin's focus is supporting key housing growth areas and infrastructure projects. He has undertaken a variety of projects on Auckland’s North Shore and also worked within the community development sector.

Kyle possesses twelve years of experience in civil engineering, covering a multitude of civil disciplines both in New Zealand (7 years) and the United States (5 years).

His experience includes project management and delivery, structural design and inspection, general civil design and construction engineering for state and local transportation departments in the United States and New Zealand: rural and urban highway design for both Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) and Minnesota Department of Transportation in the United States; as well as intelligent transport systems (ITS) design for MDOT.

Kyle has five years prior experience specific to bridge construction. This combination of both design and field experience is a great asset which allows Kyle to identify potential constructability issues early in the design process. It also provides a unique understanding and reasoning of construction standards.

Aryo is a qualified engineer with experience managing large-scale underground tunnel and mining projects in the Middle East.

Aryo's experience in engineering consultancy, knowledge of geology and civil works, demonstrates his proven ability to work effectively with multi-disciplined professionals.

He was Quantity Surveyor (QS) and Sub-Contracts Manager for the $700m Kensington Park residential development in Orewa, Auckland.

With a post-graduate Diploma in Resource & Environmental Planning and Honours Degree in Arts (majoring in Geography), Nathan brings 11 years of experience working both in New Zealand and the UK.

Previously with Wellington City and Queenstown Lakes District Councils, Nathan has been at the forefront of some of New Zealand's most complex and litigious developments. Such projects include the Shelly Bay Master Plan, the Johnsonville Mall redevelopment as well as processing a number of large-scale residential developments within Special Housing Areas.

This significant local government experience has provided Nathan with an excellent understanding of the resource management field, enabling him to navigate Council’s consenting functions and decision-making processes, while also assisting in plan creation and implementation.

Jacob is a Civil Engineer with a Master of Engineering Studies.

In New Zealand, he has been involved in land subdivision and wastewater/stormwater system upgrades while completing his Masters. Prior to that he held Assistant Site Engineer and Structural Engineer roles in South East Asia, providing technical advice and supervising project construction.

Andrew is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 10 years' experience. He has been involved in outdoor visitor structures for the past 7 years, specializing in parks infrastructure both for the Department of Conservation and for local councils.

Andrew has significant experience in timber design, project management and project delivery. Prior to joining Stellar Projects, he was a Senior Engineer at Frame Group Ltd.

Emma has experience on both small and large-scale transportation projects. As a Resident Engineer she managed construction of several paving, drainage and structures projects. She has gained experience in technical communication writing and revising specifications and contract documents. As Quality Engineer overseeing public/private partnerships, she ensured delivery, operation, maintenance and rehabilitation of major motorways in compliance with specifications and safety and environmental regulations.

Emma has experience in contract management, quality management and project management. Her strong communication and mediation skills help her develop and maintain collaborative and lasting stakeholder relationships.

Sharni has a Bachelor of Construction Management. During her studies she worked for Stellar Projects part-time as an Intern, assisting in procurement and project management. Now as a full-time member of staff, she is involved in parks design and landscape architecture projects focusing on construction administration and processes.

Colin is a qualified Quantity Surveyor with 8 years' experience across healthcare, retail, residential, civil and commercial office fit-outs.

Colin has been involved in commercial projects from conceptual estimates and cost planning to post-contract services including agreeing final accounts. In 2018, he was QS for the Star Mountain Plaza in Port Moresby (Papua New Guinea), built ahead of an APEC convention to be held there.

Silvio is a Civil Engineer with a Master of Construction Management bringing 11 years' experience. A results-driven and energetic professional, he is experienced in civil engineering roles including construction of infrastructure, budgeting, planning and execution of projects.

Silvio is highly skilled in identifying and resolving challenges, troubleshooting and conflict resolution as well as ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards. His particular technical expertise is in concrete works and design tools AutoCAD and Revit. Further, he is client-facing with strong communications and leadership skills.

Having travelled and worked in operations and sales/marketing roles, Richard is now keen to pursue an engineering career and has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering honours degree.

While based in Sydney, he coordinated and delivered large scale events across Australasia, specialising in operations and logistics management. He has further developed his logistics and customer service experience, through managing a small manufacturing and wholesale business in Auckland.

Richard is solutions-focused and an advocate for environmental ethics.

Richard has extensive experience in the design and delivery of marine/coastal, multi-modal passenger and active transport infrastructure projects within the public sector. He has been involved in many aspects of engineering and construction from investigation, feasibility and scoping through to design, procurement and construction delivery.

Further to his Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering & Land Use from BTech in London, he has a proven ability to work with cross-organisational teams and to develop collaborative and close relationships between clients, engineering and construction teams.

Allen has a wide range of experience, from high-end residential design to town square and streetscape projects. He has also been involved in multimillion dollar resort projects throughout Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Allen utilises detailed 3D modelling, to take into consideration all aspects of design and ensure quality is maintained throughout the project. This modelling consistently proves to be invaluable to clients, to illustrate the concept and provide an impression of the completed project during the design phase.

Allen has been both a consultant and an employee in the landscape architecture industry. He understands the importance of working to the client brief in terms of timing, cost and quality, and his documentation and final builds reflect this.

Emma is a talented Civil Engineer. She was involved in the Christchurch earthquake rebuild as a Project Engineer and now acts as Engineer's Representative on several Auckland Transport contracts.

Prior to her arrival in New Zealand, Emma was a Site Engineer working in England and North Ireland. She gained extensive site-based experience in this capacity, familiar with the use of setting out and surveying equipment.

David is a widely experienced Planner who, prior to joining Stellar Projects in 2015, gained extensive knowledge in regional and district functions, both in New Zealand and abroad. These consenting roles dealt with coastal, water and air quality, infrastructure networks, wastewater discharge and land use, within teams in the Auckland region and across the wider London area. David is therefore a highly valued member of our planning team.

Clients view David as a well-organised and goal-motivated Planner with excellent communication and relationship building skills. He has a proven track record of achieving desired outcomes in a thorough and timely manner.

Milen has 7 years' experience in managing civil projects for which he comes highly recommended by his clients. He has worked on a variety of Auckland Council projects, from the initial scoping phase through to design and construction monitoring.

Milen works effectively with geotechnical engineers, architects and planners to ensure project deadlines and budget constraints are met. Gemma has a proven track record and depth of knowledge in procurement, systems, processes and policies, enabling her to manage high value projects, ensuring integrity and timely implementation.

Her most recent procurement experience has been specific to information technology and non-stock retail requirements. Prior to this she managed procurement undertakings for residential construction, professional services, road corridor maintenance and facilities maintenance.

Danalja is a Project Manager with over 12 years' experience in planning, design, procurement, project management and contract management of multi-discipline projects.

Her experience as a Regional Project Manager within diverse teams and projects, has provided her with an in-depth understanding of challenging projects. Danalja has participated in a wide range of activities including business case studies, project implementation plan development, tendering processes, project delivery throughout the full project life cycle and maintenance planning.

Maria brings a broad career background and skill base to our internal operations and as focal point for our external service providers. From operations development with Shell Oil (NZ); international business development, projects and consultancy with National Grid (electricity transmission in England and Wales); project finance with National Grid International during the development phase of a Build-Own-Operate-Maintain project (based in Bangalore, India); corporate finance with BDO Gendrot (France); and continuous improvement with Gasoline Alley Services (petrol service stations in NZ).

Maria has worked for a diverse range of organisations and experienced a variety of business cultures. Anneliese has a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture and Master of Engineering Studies in Transportation. With experience across a range of civil engineering disciplines, she has undertaken streetscape and cycleway projects for Auckland Council and Auckland Transport (AT), and has also managed minor safety works for AT.

Anneliese is now based in our Whangarei office and is currently undertaking project management and MSQA for an upgrade of SH1 through Whangarei including bridge, utility and roading works.

Formerly at Auckland Motorway Alliance, Anneliese was involved in delivery of signs / lighting / line making, structural forward works programmes, landscaping / vegetation maintenance and structural asset management.

Mark has managed numerous construction sites, ensuring overall programme delivery, quality assurance and health and safety requirements are adhered to. He also brings experience in sub-contractor and supply chain management, critical path programming and progression, strategic sequencing of works and detailed review of design elements for buildability to achieve commercial targets.

Mark has gained deep technical knowledge of modern construction practices and is adept at dealing with multiple challenges simultaneously given his solution-oriented approach. With strong interpersonal skills, he readily develops effective working relationships.

Seth has 20 years' experience in engineering, consulting and minor works to mega-projects. He has been instrumental in world class stadium design and construction, undertaking projects of this nature since 2009. His prestigious resume of stadium developments (from concept to completion) includes stadiums for the FIFA World Cup, both in South Africa (2010) and Brazil (2014).

Seth was a FIFA Consultant 2013-14, providing recommendations to the Local Organising Committee and FIFA on cost savings from temporary overlay infrastructure, also focusing on fit-for-purpose versus historical stadium works.

Seth has managed major capital works programmes and refurbishment projects, managed and developed plant/facilities maintenance strategies and processes, development equipment lifecycle replacement plans, and developed and evaluated outsourced maintenance contracts and budgets.

Erika has worked on large scale developments involving design, site inspections, documentation and tender evaluations with 10 years' experience as an Architectural and Interior Designer having worked in both the Philippines and Singapore. She is passionate about sustainable designs incorporating green buildings.

Erika has a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and a Masters in Construction Management.

Brent is an experienced energy professional with a focus on customer-centric project delivery.

Brent joined Stellar Projects in March 2019 and brings with him a wealth of utility experience across all aspects of the electricity and gas industries, having held executive and senior positions in the retail, distribution, transmission, generation and gas sectors.

He was a member of the Powerco Executive team that transformed Powerco through the electricity reforms from the late 90's with a series of network mergers and acquisitions over 10 years. He then spent 5 years at Transpower NZ as an Account Executive during a $5bn upgrade programme that delivered numerous customer upgrades and developments, liaising on critical core grid updates.

Brent's 11 years at Contact Energy have seen him involved in several high-profile generation projects and most recently the development and management of NZ's only underground natural gas storage facility – the Ahuroa Gas Storage Facility in Taranaki.

Serena has worked across a variety of sectors in both New Zealand and the UK since completing a Bachelor of Science majoring in Psychology and Human Geography. This includes bid preparation in construction, HR administration in transportation and executive recruitment in the infrastructure sector.

Most recently, Serena held the position of Senior Research Associate for an executive search firm, liaising with multiple clients to place executive roles in the infrastructure, property, transportation and public sectors.

She also completed a project management paper at AUT focusing on project risk management and use of Microsoft Project.

Rafael has both a Bachelor in Civil & Environmental Engineering and a Diploma in Applied Science (Engineering Management). He brings 3 years' experience and initially joined us as an Intern during which time he worked on numerous projects within our park structures design team. Prior to this, his key project experience was in water treatment, water quality and construction site quality control, complemented by data analysis, process optimisation and team management skills gained in Brazil and the United States.

Dillen is a Project Engineer with consulting experience in the civil engineering sector, with key skills in project management, civil design and contract management of civil infrastructure projects.

Dillen has worked in Southland on several small to large-scale developments in both the private and public sector. For a number of these, he has held the role of Engineers Representative and is often the first point of call for clients and contractors alike.

Cassey is a final year Urban Planning student with NZPI student membership who has joined us as an Intern in a part-time capacity while completing her studies.

Cassey is keen to contribute towards development projects which benefit the local community and has experience as a Planning Gateway Programme Participant for Whangarei District Council. In this capacity she gained insight into future planning and resource consent departments, attended resource consent hearings alongside Senior Planners and informed Kamo business owners of plan changes, encouraging submissions.

Boshi is a Civil Engineer and Project Manager with over 4 years' experience in construction management, involved in investigation, design and procurement for water, infrastructure and land development projects around New Zealand.

He has participated in a wide range of activities including feasibility reviews, business case studies, water/wastewater treatment plant upgrades and both residential and industrial subdivisions for public and private sector clients.

Boshi's experience as a Consulting Engineer within multidisciplinary teams, has provided him with an in-depth understanding of complex engineering projects.

Mark has over 11 years' experience in Civil Engineering and Project Management roles on major infrastructure projects throughout New Zealand. Having previously worked for Fulton Hogan, North Shore City Council and GHD he has a proven track record in managing and developing high profile projects, within local authority, consultant and contractor environments.

Mark is knowledgeable in all aspects required to deliver high quality civil projects, with particular expertise in roading. He is fully conversant in contractual frameworks and experienced in simultaneously delivering multiple projects in testing environments.

A practical engineer with a broad skill set and strong technical background, Mark is client-facing and builds solid working relationships with stakeholders. He is also known for his leadership and mentoring skills.
