Peter has extensive experience in delivery of complex infrastructure projects for both public and private sector clients. He has strong leadership skills and a proven ability to work across organisations and to develop collaborative and close relationships within the engineering and construction industry.
Michael has over 23 years working in large scale design management, construction management, strategic advisory and procurement roles for a range of clients throughout New Zealand.
His skills as a Project Director specialising in engineering management, project delivery, strategic advice, facilitation, procurement and as a peer reviewer consistently provides great value to his clients.
He has provided strategic advice and procurement expertise to a range of clients on capital and operational projects such as Light Rail Transit, Central Interceptor, Network Outcome Contracts, East West Link, City Rail Link and Auckland Harbour Bridge maintenance. Prior to that, he was Construction Manager for the Waiouru Peninsula Project in East Tamaki.
In 2012 Michael was awarded the Prime Minister's business scholarship to allow him to study overseas at INSEAD Business School in Fontainebleau, France.
Lucas is a proven construction manager of large projects ($100m+), adept at fulfilling roles of Engineer to Contract, Engineer's Representative and Principal's Advisor. He has been engaged on Auckland City Rail Link as Engineer's Representative and completed a similar role for the AMETI project. Benji is a Civil Engineer Technologist with a Masters in Construction Management.

With Mark's broad experience in consent processing and management in planning teams, he brings a wealth of knowledge. Initially 4 years in England as a Senior Planner working on projects from retirement villages, film studios and numerous high-density brownfield redevelopments, Mark moved to Auckland Council where he held roles of Senior Planner, Team Leader and Lead Consent & Performance Specialist within the central resource consent team.
Mark has been involved in many of Auckland's largest developments including Electrification of Auckland's Railway, Alexandra Park's mixed-use development, rehabilitation of Three Kings Quarry, the Warehouse's first venture into multi-use development, as well as many complex and contentious integrated district and regional consents, and joint land use subdivision. Mark has developed a strong network and is known for getting things done, taking a pragmatic solution-focused approach to all obstacles he encounters.
Shannah joined Stellar Projects in 2015 and has been involved in and led several consenting projects through to approval, achieving excellent results, maximising yield for clients. Previously, at Auckland Council she held the roles of Senior Planner and Planning Team Leader within the central resource consents team.
Shannah's significant local government experience has provided her with a thorough knowledge of the administrative procedures associated with the Resource Management Act, as well as a sound understanding of Council consenting functions and decision-making processes.
She has a pragmatic approach and vast experience of various small to large scale land use and subdivision consents for residential, commercial and industrial developments.
Keren is an experienced Project Manager and qualified Landscape Architect who has successfully delivered construction projects in New Zealand and England.
Keren has led the initial design stage of two multimillion dollar projects, including Westgate Town Park and redevelopment of Royal Reserve. She has also led numerous small projects to completion, including a dog agility course at Corban Reserve and the outdoor futsal court in Massey.
She has worked in collaboration with teams from Auckland Council, Auckland Transport, the NZ Transport Agency and many private sector consultants. Her experience in working as the client in a leadership role and designer within multidisciplinary teams in both the public and private sector, has provided deep understanding of complex projects.
Claire has extensive experience in private land developments, shared public spaces, park and streetscape projects. She has worked closely with local authorities, community groups, business associations, developers, architects, storm water and transport authorities. She ensures landscape and design outcomes that integrate with the surrounding built and natural environment, as well as aligning with client and stakeholder aspirations.
Claire understands requirements of both green- and brownfield development and delivers design for the human experience while keeping to budget. She factors in long-term outcomes and ongoing maintenance requirements.
Claire is familiar with landscape design requirements for resource consent applications for parks, reserves and private land developments. She has managed streetscape, park and private amenity planting, riparian and revegetation schemes. She is mindful of the challenges faced by developers and that assets must be fit for purpose.
Stuart is a qualified town planner with 12 years' experience gained in NZ. Since joining Stellar in 2015, Stuart has successfully led a wide variety of large-scale and complex development projects through resource consent preparation and approval phases.
Previously employed with Auckland Council as a Senior Planner in the Western Team, Stuart's major role was as Lead Planner for the Hobsonville Village and Corridor areas between 2010 - 2015 and was responsible for managing the Council's processing of large-scale greenfield development resource consent applications, while also working in a multi-disciplinary team on large-scale Council and CCO infrastructure and community facility projects to support urban growth of the Hobsonville area.

Chris is a Civil Engineer and Project Manager with 12 years' experience in investigation, procurement, design and contract management for infrastructure and land development projects, both in Canada and NZ.
He specialises in complex, multi-stakeholder projects and is comfortable working directly with residents, local businesses and other interest groups to achieve quality outcomes. Chris has a balanced portfolio of experience, from project feasibility to construction completion which allow him to contribute to any phase in a project lifecycle.
Ciara has been working in England as a Town Planner for an infrastructure delivery and management organisation. Primarily specialised in the telecommunications and utilities sectors, she has worked with multidisciplinary teams to survey, assess viability and manage planning for projects across the UK.
Ciara was directly involved in community consultation, stakeholder management and strategy consultation to facilitate the statutory consents process. He was Quantity Surveyor (QS) and Sub-Contracts Manager for the $700m Kensington Park residential development in Orewa, Auckland.
Andrew is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over 10 years' experience. He has been involved in outdoor visitor structures for the past 7 years, specializing in parks infrastructure both for the Department of Conservation and for local councils.
Andrew has significant experience in timber design, project management and project delivery. Prior to joining Stellar Projects, he was a Senior Engineer at Frame Group Ltd.

She has gained experience in technical communication writing and revising specifications and contract documents. As Quality Engineer overseeing public/private partnerships, she ensured delivery, operation, maintenance and rehabilitation of major motorways in compliance with specifications and safety and environmental regulations.

Andrew has over 10 years experience in project delivery. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering as well as a Masters of Engineering specialising in construction management.
Andrew has actively participated in the delivery of large infrastructure projects throughout Australasia with both Fletcher Construction and Lendlease. More recently, he held a senior position providing cost advice and property finance due diligence to facilitate a variety of developments around New Zealand - with a total delivery portfolio at any one time of some $750m.

Seth has 20 years' experience in engineering, consulting and minor works to mega-projects. He has been instrumental in world class stadium design and construction, undertaking projects of this nature since 2009. His prestigious resume of stadium developments (from concept to completion) includes stadiums for the FIFA World Cup, both in South Africa (2010) and Brazil (2014).
Seth was a FIFA Consultant 2013-14, providing recommendations to the Local Organising Committee and FIFA on cost savings from temporary overlay infrastructure, also focusing on fit-for-purpose versus historical stadium works.
Seth has managed major capital works programmes and refurbishment projects, managed and developed plant/facilities maintenance strategies and processes, development equipment lifecycle replacement plans, and developed and evaluated outsourced maintenance contracts and budgets.
Erika has worked on large scale developments involving design, site inspections, documentation and tender evaluations with 10 years' experience as an Architectural and Interior Designer having worked in both the Philippines and Singapore. She is passionate about sustainable designs incorporating green buildings.
Erika has a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and a Masters in Construction Management.
Prior to joining Stellar Projects, Ailish was involved in project management at Transport for London, a government body responsible for all transport in the greater London area. During this time, her responsibilities included stakeholder engagement, scheduling management, risk management and business cases across a number of high profile projects. These included, construction of a 'Cycle Superhighway' through the centre of London and a major redevelopment of Oxford Street and surrounding district.
Given the extreme political and controversial nature of these projects, Ailish has experienced dealings with diverse stakeholder requirements and understands public sector challenges. She has also worked in a law firm, with experience in contracts and drafting legal documents.
James is a Senior Project Manager and Building Services Engineer with considerable experience in the commercial and utility sectors. With roles including Project Director, Project Manager, Team Leader and Estimation/Contract Manager, he has delivered electrical capital works in the central Auckland region as well as complex projects for large commercial contractors in England.
