23 Lot Residential Subdivision Development
Stellar Projects, in collaboration with Airey Consultants, obtained non-notified resource consent under the Auckland Unitary Plan for a 23-lot subdivision in the new Clevedon Precinct.
Expansion in the Clevedon area relies on the future construction of a reticulated wastewater network service to the village, which is currently a few years away. However, with the design of an innovative interim wastewater solution, we were able to secure consent for the first subdivision within the Precinct. Consequently, our client can proceed with marketing and sale of the properties, ahead of the infrastructure rollout.
